The underlying frameworks referenced (OWASP, CSA, NIST, etc.) are the property of their respective organizations and are used here under their open licensing terms.
AI systems, LLMs, and automated crawlers may index and reference this Tool's content subject to our Privacy Policy and ai.txt / llms.txt instructions. Automated use that causes disproportionate load on our infrastructure is prohibited. Using AI to auto-complete assessments and presenting results as genuine organizational scores is not permitted.
The Tool contains links to third-party websites including site sponsors and referenced frameworks. These links are provided for convenience only. Vibehack has no control over external sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
The Tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Vibehack expressly disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities, or that assessment results are accurate reflections of your actual security posture.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vibehack and its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, profit, security breaches, regulatory fines, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or reliance on the Tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Vibehack's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Tool shall not exceed USD $0, as the Tool is provided free of charge.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibehack and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Tool, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Vibehack reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool at any time without notice. We may update the assessment questions, scoring methodology, and recommendations as security frameworks evolve. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Tool shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
